Foundation-level certificates
If you are new to accounting and finance, and do not have any formal academic qualifications, the Foundation-level certificates and diploma are the ideal starting point for you. You may start your ACCA journey with the Introductory Certificate, the Intermediate Certificate or the Diploma in Accounting and Business.
Fundamentals-level ACCA
The Fundamentals-level ACCA qualification is the next step after the Foundation Level and paves the way for other Accounting qualifications. Modules follow a two-pronged approach: knowledge-based and skills-based.
Professional-level ACCA
Graduates with relevant accredited degrees from recognised institutions may begin their ACCA membership journey at the Professional level. You may claim up to nine exemptions based on previous qualifications.

Exam Structure
All examinations are now computer-based. Duration of the exams for the different levels and papers vary.
For Foundation Level, Applied Knowledge Level and Corporate and Business Law papers, exams are on demand CBEs, available throughout the year.
For Applied Skills and Strategic Professional Levels, exams are session CBEs available in March, June, September and December only.
