FOUNDER
The Founder is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute of UK & Ireland (FCGI). With over 20 years of professional experience, he has extensive expertise in corporate structuring, company and fund administration, corporate secretarial services, accounting and taxation. He has held senior management positions with licensed Management Companies and has worked with reputable organisations in accounting and financial reporting. He also serves as a part-time lecturer and independent director of high-profile entities.
GENERAL MANAGER
The General Manager is a partly-qualified accountant with several years of experience in accounting and audit firms. He is well-versed with accounting standards and taxation regulations.
